Yes. Southern Alberta Towing provides 24/7 towing, recovery and roadside assistance. If you require assistance, call 403-652-0850. Please note that 24/7 service availability applies to towing, recovery and roadside assistance. Impound and vehicle release services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment only, excluding holidays.

Will I receive a quote before a tow truck is dispatched?
Yes. We can provide you with a quote before dispatching a tow truck. Give us a call with your location, destination, vehicle information and a brief description of the situation, and we'll provide pricing based on the service required. Once you're ready to proceed, we can arrange the tow or service.
What information should I have ready when I call?
If possible, have your current location, vehicle type, destination and a brief description of what happened ready. For recoveries or unusual situations, additional details or photos may help us determine what equipment is required.
Do you provide roadside assistance?
Yes. Southern Alberta Towing provides roadside assistance in addition to towing and recovery. Call us and let us know what is happening so we can determine the appropriate service for your situation.
I have AMA. Can I book towing or roadside assistance directly through Southern Alberta Towing?
Southern Alberta Towing is a proud AMA contractor. However, if you would like to use your AMA membership for towing or roadside assistance, your service request must be booked directly through AMA. You can request service by calling the number on the back of your AMA membership card or through the AMA mobile app. Once your request has been submitted, AMA will coordinate the service with an available contractor.
Can I call Southern Alberta Towing directly if I am not using AMA?
Yes. For private towing, roadside assistance or recovery, call us directly at 403-652-0850 to discuss the service you require and receive a quote.
